What are the shipping methods?
For general United Kingdom orders we choose the services of DHL Express and DPD.
When will my order be shipped?
Estimated delivery time: 2-5 days
Your tracking number will be updated 1 to 3 business days after your order is shipped.

My order has already been shipped. Can I change my delivery address?
We are very sorry about that! You should still be able to update your address on the website! If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, it will be cancelled and refunded. In this case, you will be notified.
The order is signed but I haven't received it yet?
Sometimes tracking information can be wrong and parcels are marked as delivered before they actually arrive - oops! Your parcel will most likely be delivered within a few days, In the meantime, you can check with your neighbours and / or the post office for more information.

CAN LASER LEVEL BE USED OUTDOORS?
It is recommended to use 901CG, 902CG, Box-1G outdoors. Normally they work together with a laser receiver outdoors.
9011G and 9211G are not recommended for outdoor use. In addition, outdoor work is also influenced by the working environment

901CG, 902CG, BOX-1G, how to set the pulse mode?
After switching on, press and hold the power switch. The pulse mode is switched on when the blue light is on.
