Laser fine, tripod feels flimsy

Laser works as expected but when attached to tripod feels wobbly. On-line purchase, delivery by Evri very poor, received notice of time slot within the time slot(!) and despite prior Evri emails saying they would attempt three deliveries, actual guy said he would just leave it at the door if I had not been in (value of purchase £220). Would I be buying again - NO.
